Federally
Employed Women, National Training Program
FEW is a private, non-profit organization founded in 1968 to
support the full implementation of the Federal Women's Program.
FEW is the only national organization concerned both with furthering
the potential of all women in the government and eliminating
sex discrimination in the Federal service.
The Website's numerous special features
include personalized postcards that can be sent from the website,
an email database that visitors can join, allowing FEW to
send bulk email to everyone through a simple administrative
section of the site; a training proposal submission form which
allows visitors to submit proposals and attach up to 5 documents,
and searchable databases for conference information and trainer
information.
PDF version of many documents are available on the site.

The
County of Sonoma, Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention
Commission
The JJC performs the admirable task of overseeing/inspecting
approximately 45 juvenile group homes and detention facilities.
To accomplish this, large amount of paperwork are created and
shared between 15 commissioners, a superior court judge, the
probation department and the Sonoma County Supervisors. The
website substantially reduces the amount of printed and copied
paperwork and data entry, while increasing availability of information.
The website has four levels of security,
allowing document-specific access to group homes, commissioners,
the general public or site administrators. Two built-in databases
manage the site information and are easily updated by the
commission staff, substantially reducing or eliminating website
maintenance costs.
For those who want printable forms, PDF version of all forms
are available on the site.

This is an intranet for
County of Sonoma employees. County employees can access services
provided by eight departments such as their employee benefits
and also use the Intranet to access information, databases and

Santa Rosa City Schools' Accelerated Charter Schools Program
SRCS, the largest school district in Sonoma County, is developing
two accelerated charter schools to serve the educational needs
of 5th and 6th graders interested in either the arts and humanities,
or math, science & technology. Web Presence developed
both English and Spanish brochures; the black & white
version is the first brochure we designed made for photocopying,
and was available for distribution two weeks after project
inception. The beautiful color brochures were printed and
took slightly longer.

The City of Healdsburg
Find tourist information, community events calendars, information
about the Villa Chanticleer, and information necessary for Healdsburg's
citizens regarding the departments in the local City government,
including the City Council, City Administration, Fire, Police,
Electric Utility, Finance, and Building and Planning Departments.
Healdsburg is a beautiful town, take a tourist destination tour
on the website. Web Presence built an upload engine allowing
City employees to update the website.
