The first year's development included creating a site logo and branding, and a pilot site for two divisions of the County. Contents included information about employee benefits, a searchable database for tuition and textbook allowances, lists of all approved contractors and blanket purchase orders, contracts, forms, and FAQs, among many other helpful features. The second year Web Presence maintained the site and trained seven County employees to update their materials. This year Web Presence will build the architecture for six more divisions and implement two more databases within the Intranet site. The beautiful Intranet site allows General Services staff to cost effectively distribute pertinent information including text documents, spreadsheets, pdf's , databases, brochures and reports to all County employees.
