Performance Review – Web Presence
A mid-term
performance review is required per-contract for 1st period.
Annual performance reviews will be conducted 60 days before exercise
of yearly option periods.
These findings
and comments are based on correspondence, NTP website access, meetings
and conversations with the NTP committee and FEW members which demonstrate
Web Presence’s performance. The performance standards are based upon requirements
required in the contract. The
rating scale is as follows:
Excellent
– no improvement needed
Satisfactory
– some issues identified as needing correction, some instances of late
deliveries, problems noted with interfacing with committee members or
board members.
Unsatisfactory
– numerous problems/issues exist which require immediate correction
and discussions to establish timeline for correction.
Unsatisfactory
performance without correcting in a timely manner may result in termination
of contract for poor performance.

Met tasks and contract requirements.NTP committee comments for thiseffort are very positive and extremelycomplimentary. Very experienced and offer alternatives to our requestswhich
are better and always cautious to stay within the contract requirementsand
parameters. Many comments
from numerous members who have accessedthe
NTP website have proven to FEW we contracted with the right company.The
website is wonderful and reflects in a positive note for FEW.
The post-cards, graphics, color combination, links, etc have been a big hit!

risks. Jenifer Levini was

the initial processes of the contracting writing. All staff excellent
in their field and bring a level of professionalism to the company. |

style is very professiona lalways followed acceptable management practices. Worked extremely
well with the legal and NTP chairs to produce a contract which stated all requirements and provided the best value for
