Mid-Year Performance Review – Web Presence
A mid-term performance review is required per-contract for 1st period. Annual performance reviews will be conducted 60 days before exercise of yearly option periods. These findings and comments are based on correspondence, NTP website access, meetings and conversations with the NTP committee and FEW members which demonstrate Web Presence’s performance. The performance standards are based upon requirements required in the contract. The rating scale is as follows: Excellent – no improvement needed Satisfactory – some issues identified as needing correction, some instances of late deliveries, problems noted with interfacing with committee members or board members. Unsatisfactory – numerous problems/issues exist which require immediate correction and discussions to establish timeline for correction. Unsatisfactory performance without correcting in a timely manner may result in termination of contract for poor performance.
We are extremely pleased with our new association and only want to make things better and continue to improve for our future. Any and all suggestions as to how this contract and process could work better for Web Presence and for FEW are appreciated. /s/
